At Dubarry, we are committed to providing the highest quality country-inspired fashion and footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Dubarry packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn, then include your printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
